Cancellation Policy
Default Booking Policy: 1. Cancellation Policy: - Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. - Provide the required notice to avoid a penalty fee for the client. 2. Rescheduling Policy: - Clients may reschedule their free consultation service up to 24 hours before the appointment. - In case of rescheduling, clients are encouraged to notify the service provider as soon as possible to secure a new appointment slot. 3. No-show Policy: - In the event of a no-show (failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice), the client may forfeit their future booking privileges for the free consultation service and $50.00 no-show fee assessed for paid services. 4. Policy Exceptions: - Exceptions to the cancellation and rescheduling policy may be considered in emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Clients are advised to communicate such situations to Dr. Valerie for review and potential exemptions. Please note that this is a general default policy for Dr. Valerie services.
